Sandringham Show Exhibits
As a proud member of the Sandringham Estate schools, we love to exhibit at the annual Sandringham Flower Show and were honoured to take part in the RHS Flower show in 2026. As a school, we have a history of showcasing the children's work and their love of books, history, events and special occasions at the shows for all to see. This wider opportunity is beloved by the children and staff alike, making July a month of excitement for our whole school community.
In 2023, we recognised the classical tales of the Brothers Grimm, completing our yearly Readathon based on the classical fairy tales. Children across the school created work about growing plants, making hobby horse cows, building castles and writing recipes. The learning culminated in our annual summer show of 'Fee Fi Fo Fum' for our oldest children.

In 2024, we followed the Olympic calendar, learning all about the different continents of the world. Children learnt about animals of Africa, famous Olympians from Europe and North America, created Haka dances from Oceania and tried different foods and recipes from Asia. Our cultural learning ended in a celebration day to acknowledge the success of our readers in our annual readathon day.

In 2025, we recognised the importance of VE Day and our local links with our armed forces. Each class chose a focus book written by Hilary Robinson, learning about the vents of WW" written in the book. Our youngest children learned about the animals and nurses involved in the war, while the oldest children learnt about the Christmas truce and the importance of poppies. We were also very excited to represent and partner with the RAF Bircham Heritage Centre.
THE QUEEN BEE AT RHS SANDRINGHAM FLOWER SHOW
In 2026, we were exceptionally excited to be asked to display at the RHS Sandringham Flower Show. We loved the theme of upcycled containers and channelled our school Bee rules into our upcycled BBQ flower display. We used found items and lots of recycled items to create bees for our display. Children upcycled tins, golf balls, pebbles found on our school site as well as willow from our willow tunnel to create our hive around our Queen Bee.
We were proud to recieve the Queens Special Award for our display - the Queen Bee can still be found buzzing around the turning circle to greet everyone.
