At our school we value and recongise the right to speech and to the diversity of opinions. All staff enjoy learning from the students and improving our provision based on the children views. Children have regular time throughout the day to chat, discuss and debate any new ideas and thoughts, as well as regular questionnaires from subject leaders for children to express anonymously (if they wish) how they feel about the teaching and learning.

Everyone matters in our school and every voice will be heard. The children are very articulate and happy to share their thoughts with staff, governors and visitors alike.
